Visit and plan
We identify the entrances, emergency exits and sensitive areas. Each officer is given a post on a positioning plan.

Checks, headcounts, directions, VIPs. The team leader coordinates the team and remains your point of contact.

Observations, any incidents and photos: everything is recorded, and sent to you whenever there is something to flag.

How many officers do we need?
It depends on the capacity, the layout of the venue and the expected audience. After the visit, we propose a positioning plan and a detailed quote.
Can you manage a guest list?
Yes: list checks, badges or tickets, depending on how your event is organised. Distinguished guests can be escorted to their seats.
Do your officers welcome guests in Dutch and English?
Yes. Our team works in French, Dutch and English.
What if the event runs late?
The officers stay until the end. Any extra hours are itemised on the invoice.
