The SECURY3 platform

Your site, in black and white

Our officers work with an app built by SECURY3. For you, that means an immediate alert when it's urgent, and a full report whenever there is something to flag.

On site

The officer logs everything, on the spot

No lost notebooks, no reports written from memory the next day: everything is recorded as it happens.

  • Time-stamped check-inEvery officer's arrival and departure is recorded. Management follows them live.
  • Notes and incidentsPatrols, observations, instructions handed over: every note is timed to the minute.
  • Annotated photosThe officer circles the problem, adds an arrow and a caption, right on the photo.
  • ‘Urgent’, in one tapOne tick box, and the incident is sent to you on the spot.
When it's urgent

You're notified on the spot

An alert email (‘Incident’ or ‘Urgent notice’) reaches you the moment the officer sends it, with their note and annotated photos. You know what, where and when, without having to call anyone.

Routine information, on the other hand, won't disturb you: it goes into the end-of-mission report.

After the mission

The full report, thirty minutes after the mission ends

Whenever there is something to flag, a clear PDF goes to the addresses of your choice. Readable in two minutes, effortless to archive. Nothing to flag? No email: all went well.

Conclusion

A quiet night apart from the 00:14 incident, which was handled and reported. We recommend having the lock on the car park emergency exit checked.

For your events

A shared counter, in real time

Each officer counts entries and exits from their phone. The total is shared between all the officers at the event, even from one team to the next, and the app gives a warning as the set thresholds approach.

For our officers

Better-organised officers. Better-run missions

The app isn't just for reports. It organises our officers' work, and you're the one who benefits.

  • Schedule and reminders

Each officer receives their mission, then a reminder the day before and three hours before the shift starts.

  • Address and directions

The location, hours and directions are in the mission sheet. Nobody is hunting for the entrance at the last minute.

  • The team on site

Everyone can see who is already on duty and reads the site's recent reports before starting.

  • Time-stamped notes

Every round and every observation is noted to the hour, from the officer's phone.

  • Alert button

In case of danger, a single press alerts management, by call and by message.

  • A direct line

Officers talk to management directly in the app.
