Data collected and purposes

• Quote or contact requests: name, company, email, phone, information about your site and the planned mission, and any photos or documents you attach. Purpose: to respond to you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Job applications: identity, date of birth, nationality, contact details and address, basic security officer training and other training, level of education, languages, experience, driving licence and vehicle, availability, how you heard about us, your photo, an extract from your criminal record, your consent to the security screening and the documents you attach (CV, cover letter, certificates). Purpose: to review your application. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your consent.
• Onboarding file (selected candidates only): the data needed for the employment contract and payroll (national register number, marital status, tax situation, bank account, copy of your identity card and training certificates). Purpose: to draw up the contract and meet the employer's social security and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. This data is passed on to our social secretariat (payroll provider).
• Calls and emails: the information you give us, so that we can follow up on your request.

Recipients

Your data is processed by SECURY3 only. It may pass through our technical service providers (website hosting, business email), who are bound by confidentiality. Application and onboarding forms reach us by email: nothing is kept on the server that forwards them. Onboarding data is passed on to our social secretariat. Your data is never sold or passed on.

Retention periods

Quote and contact requests: three years after the last exchange. Unsuccessful applications: one year after receipt. Successful applications: added to the personnel file, which is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by law.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits and the effectiveness of our Google ads, for example how many visits from an ad lead to a quote request or a phone call.

These tools are only activated if you click “Accept” in the banner. If you decline, no measurement or advertising cookie is set and the website works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Measurement data is processed by Google, including in the United States, in accordance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Measurement cookies have a limited lifetime: 13 months at most.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@secury3.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and the forms only transmit the information needed for your request.
